I’ve had such a lovely weekend in my favourite time of year! On Saturday I did a spot of kitchen browsing (my husband and I are extending next year), and had a great time collecting tile samples from Tile Giant to help us get inspo for our kitchen and bathrooms! These are the samples we picked up…

We also went into poundland (you never know what you might find!!) And I got a super cute ceramic ghost tealight holder! I put it in the window with a pumpkin we won at a produce show in our village, and a yankee candle tea light holder I got last year for my birthday.

I also bought a load of photograph frames, which I plan to use in our extension to create a bit of a mis-match photo display! So they’re going in my bottom drawer for now π
Today I went pumpkin picking with my sister and brother in law. Its something I’ve always wanted to do, and it definitely lived up to my expectations! I bought a right biggun of a pumpkin to carve for Halloween, and white, striped and orange pumpkins too! Obviously this was more expensive that getting a Β£2 supermarket pumpkin, but I had such a great time and it felt good to be helping out the farmers who put so much effort into growing their produce! (I’m from a farming family so all for this!)

I’m still playing around with my pumpkin display – I dont want to put them outside yet so thought adding them to my poundland ghost window display would be fun! This is what I’ve done so far..

I will add some cute fairy lights next to illuminate it at night time, but love the Autumnal feels it’s giving me so far!
I’d love to know how you’re decorating your house for Autumn, let me know in the comments below!
Have a very happy rest of your Sunday everyone, thank you for reading! π₯°
So cute! I love your ghost, it looks so happy. This is my favorite season too, I love all of the colors it has to offer. I want to head to a pumpkin patch myself, I went with friends to a haunted house last night.

Absolutely love this! It never even occurred to me to have pumpkins and candles out on any night other than Halloween, but I love this idea. Itβs got a kind of a harvest festival/autumn celebration/cosy evening vibe.
Iβm taking my small ones to a pumpkin patch this weekend, so may well be pinching your idea π
